Materials

How to Use

For Warm Use

1. Remove the cover from the rice insert.
2. Place the uncovered rice bag in the center of the microwave.
3. Heat in 30-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
4. Do not exceed 90 seconds total heating time.

For Cool Use

1. Place the rice bag (with or without the cover) in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
2. Use as desired once cooled.

Care Instructions
Remove rice pack from the cover and wash cover in normal wash cycle. Do NOT wash the rice pack itself as this will ruin the bag. Do not wet the rice pack.

Important Safety Information

• Do not exceed 90 seconds of microwave heating time.
• Never leave the microwave unattended while heating.
• Always test temperature before placing against skin.
